Starlink Installation Phase

The route continues down along the support posts in a tidy and concealed manner, terminated inside where the Gen3 WiFi mesh router and power supply were placed. The Gen3 WiFI mesh router and power supply were securely mounted on the wall, activated and configured with customer’s SSID and password.
Starlink Optimization and Testing
Our Starlink installers performed a Starlink alignment test after installation to ensure the dish is properly aligned. The dish must have an unobstructed view to maintain strong and uninterrupted connectivity.
Our installer performed the Starlink Speed Test to evaluate the connection’s performance. The test provides key metrics like download speed, upload speed, and latency.
Speed Test Analysis:
- Download Speed: 210 Mbps – strong download speed, suitable for streaming and online gaming
- Upload Speed: 22 Mbps
- Ping: 19 ms
It’s important to understand that Starlink may require up to 12 hours to fully establish a stable connection with its satellite network. During this time, the dish is aligning itself, connecting with satellites, and performing system updates. You might notice brief service interruptions or fluctuations in speed as it completes this synchronization process. This is a normal part of the setup, and once completed, you can expect more consistent performance.
